Ambulance Rates

Ambulance rates Effective January 1, 2024

Below are the rates which will be billed to the patient who is transported:

Ambulance Services:

Cancellation Fee $485.00
Ambulance File Search & Written Report $109.00

Emergency & Non-Emergency Medical Response

*Manitoba residents receive a $300 Provincial Credit
for emergency & non-emergency medical responses.

 $550.00
Discontinuation of Resuscitation in the Field $550.00
Medical Response - No Transport $175.00
Medical Response - ACLS Intercept $185.00

  

Special Event Rate (includes 2 staff members) billed to the organization requesting standby service:

Rate for first 3 hours $625.00
For the fourth and subsequent hours $225.00

**Any trips arising out of the event will be billed to the patient in accordance with the applicable fees.**

Long Distance Ambulance Trips:

Winnipeg Base Rate: (includes return trip same day) $1,527.00
Waiting time (per hour) $85.00
Excluding Winnipeg: (long distance trips) $186.00/ hour

Cancellation Fee:

A Cancellation Fee of $485.00 will be charged if a trip is canceled after Personnel has been called in to provide the service.
