EMS Patient Survey Results

The department conducts a survey annually wherein we solicit patient responses from a questionnaire.  The survey is done randomly from our call sheets and kept confidential. A list of patient's names is kept to prevent duplication within the survey period.  During the fifteen year history of the survey, we sent out 300 surveys annually up to 2011. Since 2012, we have sent out 100 surveys per quarter (400 annually) to individuals who used our ambulance service.

To preserve the respondents' confidentiality, not all results can be published. The questionaire format changed in 2011 to support results that could be published publically.   Below are the charts that were created from the responses that can be published for public viewing.

Note: Where respondent's declined to answer, a hyphen ( '-' ) has been used to represent these answers.
