Special Events

If your organization is holding an upcoming event that requires the use of recycle, refuse and/or green bins, the City of Brandon does loan/rent bins for this purpose.

Applicants are required to download and complete the  Solid Waste Rental Request Submittal & Agreement (159 KB) and submit the completed agreement and Refundable Deposit (see section 1.1 in the agreement) to the City of Brandon’s Solid Waste Section via one of the following methods:

Please be advised that rental containers will not be issued and delivered to the Event Location until:

• A completed Solid Waste Container Rental Request Submittal & Agreement has been submitted and approved by the City of Brandon; AND
• The Refundable Deposit, as defined in section 1.1 of the agreement, has been received and processed by the City of Brandon.
