Fail to Comply with Undertaking:

On September 29, 2023, police attended to a residence in the 200 block of 13th Street to conduct a curfew check on a 32 year old male.  The male was not located and thus breaching his curfew, a condition of his Undertaking.  Police later located and arrested the male who was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and appeared before a Justice regarding the matter.

Breach of Probation:

On September 29, 2023, at approximately 11:30pm, police were notified that a male youth was breaching his Probation Order.  The youth, who is bound by a Probation Order Curfew, had left his residence.  Police later located the youth in the 300 block of 16th Street where he was arrested for Breach of Probation.  The youth was released with a future court date.

Intoxicated Person:

On September 30, 2023, at 12:11am, police were requested at the Brandon Hospital regarding an intoxicated female causing a disturbance.  Police attended and located the 20 year old female who was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.  The female was lodged at the Brandon Police Station and released once she was sober.

Impaired Driving / Drive Over .08:

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 3:14am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Louise Avenue.  The 46 year old male driver of the vehicle showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.  The male was provided samples of his breath that were over the legal limit.  The male was subsequently charged, and later released with a future court date.
