Breach of Peace

On the morning of 2023-09-28, police attended to an office located in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue as a male was causing a disturbance directed at staff.  A 36-year-old male was lodged at BPS and will be released in the morning.

Possession Weapon/Possession Meth/FTC Release Order

On the afternoon of 2023-09-28, police attended to a residence in the 300 block of 11th Street for a report of a male that was known to the homeowner and  causing a disturbance.  The suspect was found to have left prior to police arrival and subsequently located walking in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue.  Upon police approaching the suspect he was observed by to have a canister of bear spray sticking out a pocket of his pants.  A search incident to arrest resulted in locating a knife and 1 gram of meth.  In addition, the male is bound by a court order to not possess any weapons or illegal drugs.  A 37-year-old male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-09-29 for the charges of Possession Meth, Possession of a Weapon Dangerous X2, and FTC Release Order X3. 

Breach of Peace

On the evening of 2023-09-28, police attended to a business in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue as an intoxicated female was refusing to leave when directed to do so by staff.  A 25-year-old female was lodged at BPS and will be released when sober.

Resist Arrest/Theft Under $5000

On 2023-09-18, police received a report of a theft of an e-bike from outside of a business located in the 1500 block of 18th Street.  The suspects were identified via video surveillance and on the evening of 2023-09-28, police located the two individuals responsible walking in the 1000 block of 18th Street.  Police conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested the 42-year-old male without incident.  The 29-year-old female was combative with police and resisted her arrest.  The male was released with conditions to appear in court 2023-12-14 for the charge of Theft Under $5000.  The female was also released with conditions to appear in court 2023-09-14 for the charges of Resist Arrest and Theft Under $5000.

FTC Undertaking

On the evening of 2023-09-28, police attended to a residence in the 200 block of 8th Street as an intoxicated family member was outside of the home and causing a disturbance.  A check of police records revealed that the accused is bound by a court order to not attend the residence or consume alcohol.  A 40-year-old male was lodged at BPS to appear in court 2023-09-29 for the charge of Failure to Comply with Undertaking Conditions X2.
