Failure to Comply with Probation

On the morning of 2023-10-04, police attended to a residence on Willowdale Crescent for a report of a disturbance.  A 45-year-old male was found to be the source of the problem and a check of police records revealed him to be bound by a probation order to not communicate with a female that was present.  The male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-10-05.

Warrant

On the evening of 2023-10-04, police attended to a residence in the 800 block of Frederick Street as a male that refused to leave when requested by the homeowner.  A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest.  A 30-year-old male was subsequently lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-10-05.

Warrant

On the evening of 2023-10-04, police conducted a pedestrian stop with a male in the 800 block of 23rd Street.  A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest.  A 28-year-old male was released with conditions to appear in court 2023-12-14.

Assault

On the evening of 2023-10-04, police attended to a residence in 800 block of 9th Street for a report of an intoxicated individual that had bitten the hand of a female victim.  The 34-year-old suspect was arrested and lodged at BPS to be later released when sober to appear in court 2023-12-14 for the charge of Assault Cause Bodily Harm.

Failure to Comply with Release Order

On the evening of 2023-10-04, police attended to a residence in the 200 block of Dennis Street, as a male suspect had previously attended an address whereby he is bound by a court order to not attend.  A 24-year-old male was subsequently lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-10-05.

Failure to Comply with Release Order

On the evening of 2023-10-04, police located a female in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue that was known to have an outstanding warrant.  The 21-year-old female was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-10-05.

Theft Under $5000 X2

On 2023-10-05, police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 500 block of 10th Street.  Prior investigation identified the operator of the vehicle as being responsible for thefts of clothing on two separate occasions from a corral centre business.  A 50-year-old male was subsequently released with conditions to appear in court 2023-10-11 for the charges of Theft Under $5000 X2.
