Suspect charged for unlawfully in a dwelling

At 12:04pm yesterday afternoon, Police attended to a residence in the 600 Block of Victoria Ave after receiving a report of a male who had been staying in vacant apartment. The suspect, who had refused to leave, had changed the locks so the owner of the property could not enter. The 40 year male was lodged and will appear in Court later today.

 

Youth lodged for possessing / consuming liquor

 Around 9:47pm, Police responded to the 1600 block of McTavish Ave. for an intoxicated male who was arguing and throwing things around the residence. A 16 year old male was found to be aggressive and belligerent. He was lodged to prevent any further incidents to be released with an Offence Notice for consuming liquor as a minor.

 

Theft of Vehicle

 At 1:21am, police received a call of a stolen vehicle from a business in the 1000 block of 18th St. The vehicle is a 2000 grey Toyota Camry with Mb license plate HLJ 704.

Arrest Warrants

 

  • 41 year old male arrested at a residence in the 300 block of 11th st, on a Warrant for failing to comply with his Probation Order

 

  • A 35 year old female turned herself in as she was aware of an outstanding Warrant for her arrest for Breach of Undertaking

 

  • A 41 year old male was arrested during a traffic stop on the strength of a DNA Warrant.
