Arrest Warrants
On October 26, 2023, Police located and arrested a 24-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation order. She was arrested and released to appear in Court on 2023-11-23.
On October 26, 2023, Police located and arrested a 32-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court and Theft under $5000. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court on 2023-10-27
On October 26, 2023, Police located and arrested a 42year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault and Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was arrested and released to appear in court on 2023-12-05.
Breach of Undertaking
On October 26, 2023, Police located and arrested a 21-year-old female, who was found breaching her Undertaking condition. She was arrested and released to appear in Court on 2024-01-08.
Breach of Probation Order, Arrest Warrant
On October 26, 2023, Police located and arrested a 25-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft under $5000. He was found to be in possession of a knife, contrary to his Probation Order. He was also charged with Breach of Probation Order. He was released on Undertaking.
Breach of Peace
On October 26, 2023, Police responded to a call from one of High Schools in Brandon. 16-year-old female, who was causing a disturbance and threatened staff, refused to comply with requests to leave. The female also refused to cooperate with group home staff who arrived to take her home. Upon Police arrival, she refused to cooperate and leave. She was arrested for Breach of Peace and transported to Brandon Police Service. Later she was released to CFS workers.
On October 26, 2023, Police responded to the residence at 1100 Block of 20th Street for a highly intoxicated male, who was causing a disturbance. 24-year-old male was arrested and lodged at BPS to be released when sober.
