Fail to Comply with a Release Order:
On September 30, 2023, at approximately 11:25am, police attended to a residence in the 300 block of 13th Street. Police located a 22 year old male who was breaching conditions of his Release Order by being at the residence and being in contact with the resident. The male was arrested, conveyed and lodged at the Brandon Police Service. The male appeared before a Justice regarding the matter.
Uttering Threats / Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose:
On September 30, 2023, at approximately 09:59am, police received a complaint that a male in the 800 block of Frederick Street had made threats towards an area resident while armed with a weapon. Police located the intoxicated 35 year old suspect at his residence. The male proceeded to threatened police with a weapon and became aggressive. The male was subdued, arrested and found to have a warrant for his arrest. The male was lodged at the Brandon Police Service and appeared before a Justice regarding the matter.
