Warrant

On the morning of 2023-11-08 police conducted a pedestrian stop with an individual in the 500 block of 18th Street N.  A check of police records revealed the 43-year-old male to have an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-24.

Warrant

On the afternoon of 2023-11-08, a 47-year-old male attended to BPS to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant.  The accused has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2023-12-04.

Intoxicated Person

On the afternoon of 2023-11-08, police attended to the 800 block of Lorne Avenue after receiving a report of an individual that was highly intoxicated and unable to care for themself.  The 24-year-old female was subsequently lodged until sober at BPS.

Breach of Peace

On the evening of 2023-11-08, police attended to a residence in the 0 hundred block of 20th Street N after receiving a report of an individual that was causing a disturbance.  The 45-year-old male was lodged at BPS until morning to prevent continuations of his disruptive behavior.

Breach of Peace

On the evening of 2023-11-08, police attended to BRHC after a report that an intoxicated male was causing a disturbance and refusing to cooperate with staff.  The 34-year-old male was lodged at BPS until morning to prevent continuations of his disruptive behavior.

Unlawfully in a Dwelling

On the evening of 2023-11-08, police attended to a residence in the 200 block of Victoria Avenue E after receiving a report of an unwanted male.  Police determined that the accused had knowledge of the keypad code to enter the apartment and had let himself in without the tennants permission.  A 25-year-old male has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-18, for the charge of Unlawfully in a Dwelling.

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

On 2023-11-09, police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Victoria Avenue E with a vehicle that had previously been reported stolen from Gladstone on 2023-11-07.  The 23-year-old female operator and lone occupant was arrested without incident, and has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-25 for the charge of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
