Mischief to Property/Possess Weapon
On the evening of 2023-11-02, police were called to a business in the 1100 block of 18th Street as staff reported that a male was causing a disturbance and smashing computer monitors. A 22-year-old male was determined to be the problem and upon arrest, a search of his person resulted in locating two steak knives. In addition, a check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant. The accused has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2023-11-28 for the charges of Mischief to Property Under $5000, Possession of a Weapon, and Cause Disturbance.
Failure to Comply with Release Order
On the evening of 2023-11-02, police attended to a residence in the 1500 block of Stickney Avenue after receiving information that an individual was at the location and in doing so, violating a court order. A check of police records confirmed that the 33-year-old male is bound by 2 domestic related court orders, whereby he is not to communicate with the female which was present. The accused has been lodged at BPS and will appear in court 2023-11-03, for the charges of FTC Release Order and FTC Probation Order.
Theft Under $5000
On 2023-11-03, police attended to a residence in the 200 block of 9th Street as a male was refusing to leave when requested to do so. The 39-year-old male was previously identified as a suspect in the theft of clothing from Corral Centre business on 2023-11-01. The accused has been released from police custody with conditions to appear in court 2023-12-28 for the charge of Theft Under $5000.
