Warrant

On the morning of 2023-11-01, a 37-year-old female attended to BPS on an unrelated matter.  A check of police records revealed a warrant of arrest.  The individual was released with conditions to appear in court 2023-11-03.

Domestic Assault/Uttering Threats

On the morning of 2023-11-01, police responded to a residence on Queens Crescent.  Upon officers attending to the door of the home a disturbance could be heard within, and officers were required to force entry.  A 24-year-old female victim was located in the along with her 28-year-old male spouse.  Investigation revealed that the male had assaulted the female, in addition to threatening her life.  The accused was subsequently lodged at BPS to appear in court 2023-11-02 for the charges of Domestic Assault, Assault by Choking, and Uttering Threats.

Warrant

On the morning of 2023-11-01, police conducted a warrant check at a location in the 700 block of Princess Avenue for a 35-year-old female .  The individual was arrested and released with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-15.  While the police were processing the female for her warrant, a male known to the arrestee approached the police car to inquire about her situation.  A check of police records revealed the 28-year-old male to also have an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The male has been released with conditions to appear in court 2024-01-15.

Intoxicated Person

On the morning of 2023-11-01, police received a report from a business in the 800 block of 18th Street that a male was causing a disturbance.  Upon police speaking with a 21-year-old male, he was determined to be intoxicated by Meth and not in a state to care for his own wellbeing.  The individual was lodged at BPS and will be released when sober.
