Assault (Domestic):

On November 9th, a witness reported a male assaulting a female in a business parking lot on 18th Street.  The female victim was located but would not provide a statement to police.  Based on the witness statement the 30 year old male suspect was located on November 10th and arrested for domestic assault.  He was released on conditions and given a court date of January 6th, 2022.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 12:08pm, police were called to a business in the 900’ block of Victoria Ave for a female who was asleep in a washroom.  Police attended and it was learned the 42 year old female was wanted for assault, failing to attend for prints, and failing to attend for court.  She was arrested and lodged for court.

 

Breach of Release Order:

At 11:37am, police located a 34 year old male in the 900’ block of College Ave who was wanted for breaching a release order the night prior.  He was arrested and lodged for court.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 4:20pm, a 20 year old female attended to BPS to turn herself in on a warrant for failing to attend court.  She was arrested and given a court date of January 6th, 2022.

 

Arrest Warrants Executed:

At 2:00pm, police attended to a residence in the 100’ block of 8th Street North and located two individuals who were wanted.  A 35 year old male was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, failing to comply with release order, and failing to attend court.  A 39 year old female was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with a release order.  They were both lodged for court.

 

Breach of the Peace:

At 3:30pm, police were called to a residence in the 800’ block of 14th Street for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.  A 59 year old man was arrested and lodged to be released when sober.

 

Break and Enter:

At 1:04am, police located a 41 year old male in the 1100 block of 18th Street who was a suspect in a break and enter from November 8th.  He was arrested and released on conditions with a court date of December 30th, 2021.

 

Breach of Peace:

At 1:48am, police were called to a residence in the 1500’ block of Stickney Ave for a 17 year old male causing a disturbance and believed to be under the influence of psilocybin (mushrooms).  He was lodged to be released when sober.

 

Arrest Warrants Executed:

At 3:00am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 500’ block of Rosser Ave.  Two passengers were found to have warrants.  A 21 year old male was arrested for failing to comply with probation as well as a DNA warrant.  A 28 year old male was arrested for failing to comply with undertaking.  Both subjects were under the influence of alcohol and lodged for court.
