On July 21st Police received a report of a break and Enter to an apartment complex in the 300 block of 4th Street. The Break in occurred overnight and subjects damaged numerous mailboxes within the complex. Investigation into this incident is ongoing.
Brandon Police members tracked down a 22 year old Male and arrested him on a Warrant for failing to attend court to deal with Impaired Driving and Possession of property obtained by crime charges. He has been issued a new court date of September 29th.
A 24 year old Male was arrested after shoplifting from Wal-Mart. The individual was arrested in the area in possession of the merchandise valued at $50.
A 24 year old Female was arrested after she attended to the Police Station and it was learned that she was wanted for failing to attend court on Break and enter charges. The unendorsed warrant was executed and she will appear in court this morning.
