Breach of Peace
On the morning of 2023-05-17, police responded to the area of Regent Crescent after receiving a report of an intoxicated male and female. A 34-year-old male and a 31-year-old female were found to be intoxicated by drug. To prevent a continuation of public disturbances, the two were lodged at BPS until sober.
Assault
On 2023-05-17, police received a report from a victim of an assault which had occurred prior. On this date police located the suspect at a residence in the 400 block of 10th Street. A 30-year-old male was released with conditions to appear in court 2023-07-10.
Possession of Meth
On the evening of 2023-05-17, police received a report of a suspicious male that was an occupant of a parked vehicle located in the 1000 block of Richmond Avenue. Investigation revealed that the male was in possession of small amount of Crystal Meth. A 35-year-old male was released with conditions to appear in court 2023-06-13.
Breach of Undertaking
On the evening of 2023-05-17, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 800 block of Frederick Street. A 14 year old male was found to be the cause of the problem and was located a short distance from the home. A check of police records revealed that the individual is to abide by a curfew which he was in breach of. The youth was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-05-18.
A 16-year-old female was found to be in the company of the 14-year-old male and a check of police records revealed that she is bound by court imposed conditions to not communicate with the male. The female was also lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-05-18.
On 2023-05-16, police received a report of a female that assaulted a family member. On 2023-05-17, police located the 31-year-old female and released her with conditions to appear in court 2023-06-15.
Theft Under/Failure to Comply with Release Order
On the evening of 2023-05-17 police attended to a report of a highly intoxicated male at a business in the 700 block of 10th Street. A check of police records revealed the 45-year-old male to be bound by a court ordered curfew. In addition, the same male was responsible for a theft from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue on 2023-05-15. The male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-05-18.
Warrant
On 2023-05-18, police conducted a warrant check for a male at a residence in the 100 block of 30th Street. A 39 year old male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-05-18.
