Arrest Warrants Executed
On June 7, 2023, at approximately 1:50 pm, police located 29-year-old male in the 800 block of Rosser Ave. A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest. He was lodged at BPS to appear for court on 2023-06-08.
On June 7, 2023, a request was received from Neepawa RCMP to arrest the accused who was in custody at BCC. Member attended and executed outstanding warrant on 29-year-old male inmate.
On June 7, 2023, a request was received from Crown Attorney Office to arrest the accused who was in custody at BCC. Member attended and executed outstanding warrant on 30-year-old female inmate.
On June 7, 2023, at approximately10:40pm police located the 26-year-old female suspect at 200 Block 9th Street. A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest. She was arrested on the strength of the warrant and was released on Appearance Notice with Court date on 2023-07-31.
On June 7, 2023, at 12:05 am police attended to the residence at 600 Block Douglas Street and arrested 59-years-old male on the strength of an outstanding warrant of arrest. He was transported to BPS to appear in court on 2023-06-08.
On June 7, 2023, at approximately 01:25am, police located the accused at 800 Block Pacific Avenue. A check of police records revealed an unendorsed warrant for failing to attend court. 39-years-old male was arrested and transported to BPS. He will appear in Court on 2023-06-08.
On June 7, 2023, at approximately 03:45am police attended to the residence on 13th Street North to locate and arrest the accused for an outstanding warrant of arrest. 38-years-old male was arrested and transported to BPS. He will appear in Court on 2023-06-08
Fail to Comply with Release Order, Fail to Comply with Undertaking
On June 7, 2023, at approximately 10:35 pm, police checked a group of females at the Summer Fair, including two females, who were known to have conditions not to communicate with each other.12-years-old female was also bound by a daily curfew condition. She was arrested and transported to BPS. She will appear in Court on 2023-06-08
Theft under $5000, Fail to Comply with Undertaking
On June 7, 2023, at approximately 10:35 pm police checked a group of females at the Summer Fair, including two females, who were known to have conditions not to communicate with each other. 14-years-old female was arrested for failing to comply with her Undertaking, as well as for a theft from May 2 at Brandon business where she stole a $35 bracelet. She was transported to BPS to appear in Court on 2023-06-08.
