Arrest Warrants
On July 23, 2023, Police located and arrested a 38-year-old male, who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. He was released, to appear in court on August 31, 2023.
On July 23, 2023, Police located and arrested a 35-year-old male, who was wanted on outstanding charges of Breach of Probation Order. He was lodged at BPS to appear in Court on July 24, 2023
Fail to Comply with Release Order
On July 13, 2023 at approximately 5:30 PM Police received a call of a possible fight between a male and a female in the area of 17th Street East and Findlay Drive. Upon arrival, officers located male and female arguing. There was no indication of an assault, but a check of Police records revealed that 39-year-old male had a no contact order with above female in place. He was arrested, transported to BPS and lodged to appear in court on July 24, 2023.
On July 13, 2023 at approximately 10:30 PM at 900 Block Pacific Avenue, Police located a 43-year-old intoxicated male. A check of Police records revealed that he was bound by Release Order with condition to abstain from consumption of alcohol. He was arrested, transported to BPS and lodged to appear in court on July 24, 2023.
