Arrest Warrant:

On July 22, 2022, at 6:01 pm, police located a 24 year old female near the intersection of 10th Street and Princess Avenue.  The female was found to be wanted on an Arrest Warrant.  The female was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service and is scheduled to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Arrest Warrant:

On June 22, 2022, at 7:45 pm, police encountered a 22 year old female in the 300 block of 2nd Street.  The female was found to be wanted on an Arrest Warrant.  The female was arrested and detained at the Brandon Police Service.  She is scheduled to appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Assault with a Weapon:

On July 22, 2022, at 9:35 pm, police were dispatched to a fight within a hotel located in the 1000 block of 18th Street.  The victim reported being punched and struck with a bottle by two females within the establishment.  The female suspects, both 32 years of age, were arrested at the scene for assault with a weapon.  The females were later released on conditions with a future court dates.

Intoxicated Person Detention Act:

On July 22, 2022, at 10:30 pm, police were called to the area of 7th Street and Princess Avenue regarding an intoxicated person running in and out of traffic.  Police attended the area and located a highly intoxicated 50 year old female.  She was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act and lodged at the Brandon Police Service, to be released when sober.

Robbery:

On July 22, 2022, at 10:57 pm, police were dispatched to the area of 15th Street and Louise Avenue, regarding a robbery that had just occurred.  The victims of the robbery, reported they were threatened with a weapon and had personal property stolen.  Police located 2 male youths (17 and 15) in the area who were believed to be responsible for the robbery.  Police recovered the stolen items and located a can of bear mace in the possession of one of the youths.  The arrested youths were conveyed to the Brandon Police Service were they were detained and will appear before a Justice regarding the matter.

Breach of Court Order:

On July 22, 2022, at 2:46 am, police checked a male in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue and found him to be bound by a court ordered curfew that he was not abiding by.  The 34 year old male was arrested for failing to comply with the court order.  The male was later released with a future court date regarding the matter.

Breach of Court Order:

On July 23, 2022, at 3:01 am, police encountered a 24 year old male in the 200 block of 17th Street.  The male was found to be bound by a court order which included a daily curfew that he was not abiding by. The male was arrested and later released with a future court date. 

Arrest Warrant:

On July 23, 2022, at 5:17 am, Police attended to a residence on Wankling Boulevard and arrested a 33 year old male on the strength of an R.C.M.P Arrest Warrant.  The male was conveyed to the Brandon Police Station and was later released with a future court date in Virden, Manitoba.
