Arrest Warrant

On July 20, 2023, Police located and arrested a 30-year-old male, who was wanted on outstanding charge of Fail to Attend Court. He was lodged at BPS to appear in court on July 21, 2023.

On July 20, 2023, Police located and arrested a 53-year-old male, who was identified as a suspect, who on July 18, 2023 attended to local business and stole a Milwaukee Tool Kit valued at $398. A check of Police records revealed that he was a subject of outstanding unendorsed arrest warrant. He was lodged at BPS to appear in court on July 21, 2023.

Mischief Under $5000.00 /  Uttering Threats

On July 20, 2023, at approximately 12:16 PM Police attended to a residence at 800 Block, Frederick Street for the complaint concerning 41-year-old male, who was highly intoxicated. He kicked in the door and tried to fight the complainants.  He was located and arrested for mischief to property. While still in the residence, he made several comments and threats that he was going to kill the complainants, so he was also arrested for Uttering Threats. He was lodged at BPS to appear in Court on July 21, 2023  

Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Firearm / Unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon / Possession of prohibited firearm with ammo /                  Possession of a weapon / Careless storage of a firearm / Possession of firearm and ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order

On July 20, 2023, at approximately 2:10 PM Police located a 34-year-old male at Princess Park. He was found to be in possession of a sawed-off  22 caliber firearm, 2 knives and a bag of assorted ammunition.  A check of Police records revealed that he was bound by a firearm Prohibition Order. He was arrested and lodged at BPS to appear in Court on July 21, 2023

Fail to Comply with Release Order / Resist Arrest

On July 19, 2023 at approximately 11:00 PM Police attended to a residence at 1600 McTavish Avenue for the complaint concerning a male, who was intoxicated and fighting with everyone.  Police located 17-year-old male suspect, who was in a highly intoxicated state. A check of Police records revealed that he was bound by a Release Order with condition not to consume alcohol. He was arrested for breach of release order.  While being escorted to the police cruiser he began to fight police and resist arrest.  He was transported to BPS and lodged to appear in court on July 21, 2023.

Arrest Warrant / Domestic Assault / Fail to Comply with Release Order / Break and Enter

On July 20, 2023 at approximately 12:45 AM Police responded to Brandon residence for the complainant of Break and Enter and Domestic Assault.  Upon arrival Police were advised that 25-year-old male had broke into residence, assaulted the complainant and then fled prior to Police arrival. A check of Police records revealed that he was a subject of outstanding unendorsed arrest warrant and was bound by release order with conditions not to communicate with the complainant and to observe a curfew from 12AM to 6PM. The suspect was observed to attend back to the residence at 3:10 AM, where he was arrested. He was transported to BPS and lodged to appear in court on July 21, 2023.
