Arrest Warrant

On July 19, 2023, Police located and arrested a 37-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charge of Assault with Weapon. He was later released to appear in court on September 11, 2023.

On July 19, 2023, Police located and arrested a 37-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. She was later released to appear in court on September 18, 2023.

Breach of Release Order

On July 19, 2023, at approximately 11:50 PM Police located 16-year-old female in the 1800 Block Park Ave.  A check of Police records revealed that she was bound by a Release Order with conditions: 10PM – 6AM curfew and not to possess any weapons. She was found to be in possession of knife. She was arrested and lodged at BPS to appear in Court on July 20, 2023  

Theft under $5000

On July 19, 2023, at approximately 10:35 AM Police located and arrested a 40-year-old male at 800 Block of Princess Avenue. He was identified as a suspect, who on July 14, 2023 attended to local business and stole a tool set valued at $700. On a same date, he attended to another local business and stole a generator valued at $550. He was later released with undertaking to appear in court on September 18, 2023.

Breach of Peace / IPDA

On July 19, 2023 at approximately 2:25 PM a call was received about a male sleeping on the sidewalk on the 400 block of 9th Street.  Upon arrival, Police located 44-year-old male who was found to be highly intoxicated. He was transported to BPS and lodged,to be released when sober.

On July 19, 2023 at approximately 6:05 PM, Police responded to a call of disturbance from the Victoria Inn Hotel.  38-year-old male ate and drank in the restaurant, refused to pay and was disturbing other guests. He was uncooperative with hotel staff and Police. He was transported to BPS and lodged to be released when sober.
