Arrest Warrant

On July 18, 2023, Police located and arrested a 61-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charge of Breach of Undertaking. He was later released to appear in court on September 18, 2023.

On July 18, 2023, Police located and arrested a 18-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charge of Theft from Mail. She was later released to appear in court on September 18, 2023.

Sexual Assault

On July 18, 2023, at approximately 1:40 PM Police responded to the residence at 300 Block 13th Street. Female complainant advised that she was sexually assaulted by her male acquaintance. At 3:55 PM, 54-year-old male was arrested and released with an undertaking to appear in court on September 14, 2023.

Arrest Warrant / Carry Concealed Weapon, Possess Weapon Dangerous, Fail to Comply with Release Order / Utter Counterfeited Money.

On July 18, 2023, at approximately 11:10 AM Police located 31-year-old female at 300 Block of 8th Street.  A check of Police records revealed that she was a subject of outstanding unendorsed arrest warrant for the charges of Fail to Comply with Probation Orders. She was arrested under the strength of an unendorsed warrant. Upon searching incident to arrest a large hunting knife was located. A check of Police records revealed that she was bound by Release Order conditions not to possess any weapons. She was lodged to appear in Court on 2023-07-19. While in custody, she was identified as a suspect, who on May 30, 2023 attended to the local business on two occasions and both times used a counterfeit $100 USD bill to purchase alcohol.

Breach of Peace

On July 18, 2023 at approximately 1:05 PM Police received a report about a male trying to restrain and hold a female outside of the Town Center.  Upon arrival 33-year-old male was located and found to be the cause of the problem. He was issued a barring notice from the Town Center. He was transported to BPS and lodged, to be released when calm down.

On July 18, 2023 at approximately 11:05 PM Police responded to the area of 800 Block of Pacific Avenue for the report about a female, who was intoxicated and causing a disturbance at Safe and Warm. She was repeatedly asked by staff to leave and she refused. 51-years-old female was transported to BPS and lodged to be released when sober.
