Arrest Warrant

On July 17, 2023, Police located and arrested a 49-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charge of Theft under $5000. She will remain in custody to appear in court on July 18, 2023.

On July 17, 2023, Police located and arrested a 17-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charge of Fail to Comply with Probation Order. He was later released to appear in court on September 12, 2023.

On July 17, 2023, Police located and arrested a 18-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charge of Fail to Comply with Probation Order. She was later released to appear in court on September 11, 2023.

Mischief to Property

On July 17, 2023, at approximately 2:45 PM, Police located and arrested a 33-year-old male who was identified as a suspect, who used a bike wheel to smash glass back door of the residence at 200 Block of 3rd Street on July 15, 2023. He was later released to appear in court on September 18, 2023.

Arrest Warrant/Theft under $5000

On July 17, 2023, at approximately 3:30 AM Police were called to a business at 1600 Block 1st Street North by security stating they had someone actively stealing from the business at that time.  Police attended and conducted a traffic stop of the accused as he left the area.  A check of Police records revealed that 30-year-old male was a subject of outstanding unendorsed arrest warrant for the charges of Theft under $5000 and Fail to attend Court. He was arrested under the strength of an unendorsed warrant. Police reviewed the video from the business and determined that he was stealing gas from some of the vehicles on the property. As a result, he was also arrested for Theft under $5000 and transported to BPS. He was lodged to appear in Court on 2023-07-18.

Breach of Peace / IPDA

On July 17, 2023 at 2:45 PM, Police attended to the 1000 Block Rosser Avenue for a male laying on the steps of the old Bank of Montreal. 61-years-old male was located in a highly intoxicated state. He was transported to BPS and lodged, to be released when sober.
