Breach of Peace

Shortly after 8:00 am on July 15th an intoxicated male was getting violent at a residence on the 600 block of Princess Av.  He was lodged to prevent further problems and released when he was sober.

 

 Domestic Assault

Shortly after 8:00 am on July 15th a female advised that her husband came home intoxicated earlier in the night and had assaulted her.  She suffered minor injuries.  A 34 year old male was arrested and released with an Undertaking with a court date of August 15th, 2022.

 

Warrant

Prior to 1:00 pm a 33 year old male attended to BPS to turn himself in for an outstanding warrant for Failing to Appear in Court. He was released with an appearance notice with a court date of August 22nd 2022.

 

Breach Release Order 

 Prior to 1:00 pm on July 15th a 29 year old male was found in violation of his release order and undertaking after being found in a vehicle with a female in whom he was to have no contact with.  He was arrested and lodged for court. 

 

Breach Release Order

Shorty after 5:00 pm on July 15th a male and female were obseved by police on the 1000 bock of 9th St.  They were both known to police and the male was in violation of his release order by being with the female.  He was arrested and lodged for court. 

 

Mischief Under $5,000

At approximately 7:30 pm on July 15th an off duty BPS officer observed a male throw a rock through the window of a buisiness on the 500 block of 34th Street. On duty members attended and arrested a 42 year old male.  He was relased with an Undertaking with a court date of September 15th, 2022.

 

Possession of Weapon

Shorlty after 1:30 am on July 16th police were called to the downtown area as there was a group of people checking cars. A 17 year old was located on the 1500 block of Lorne Av. He fled when he saw police and was apprehended a short distance away. As he fled, he was seen to throw a can off bear spray.  The male was on an undertaking with a condition not to possess weapons.  He was arrested, released with an Undertaking and turned over to an appropriate adult.

 

Breach of Peace

Shortly after 4:00 am a 44 year old male called police to have his girlfriend removed.  Upon police arrival he was intoxicated and the one causing problems.  He was lodged to be released when sober to prevent further problems.
