Arrest Warrants

On July 10, 2020, police located a 34-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges, while attending another call at approximately 9:30 pm. She was arrested and will appear in court at a later date for Fail to Attend Court.

On July 10, 2020, police attended to a residence on the report of a disturbance, and located a male who was wanted on outstanding charges. The 30-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Impaired Driving.

 

Disturbance

On July 10, 2020 shortly before 11:00 pm, police responded to a report of a male who was attempting to spray others with bear mace in the area of the 300 block of 15th street. In the area of the disturbance, police located a male youth who was highly intoxicated. His family was not prepared to care for him until he was sober. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober and will receive a fine under the MLGCC.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On July 11, 2020, police responded to a disturbance in a residence after 2:00 am. A 33-year-old male at the residence was to have no communication with one of the other occupants, and he was to abstain from consuming alcohol. He was arrested and lodged t Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

On July 11, 2020, police conducted a traffic stop at approximately 5:00 am in the 900 block of Southern Ave. One of the occupants, a 22-year-old male, was to observe a curfew. He was arrested and will appear in court on a later date on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Breach of Peace

On July 11, 2020, police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence. A female attended the residence under the influence of illicit drugs and alcohol. She was combative and irrational. To prevent her behavior from escalating she was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Alcohol related arrests

Between July 10 and July 11, 2020, police arrested five individuals from separate incidents, who were either causing a disturbance or unable to care for themselves while intoxicated. Each of the adults was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Break and Enter to Shed

On July 10, 2020, police received a report of a Break and Enter to several sheds in the 1400 block of Patricia Ave. It is unknown if suspects stole anything. They are believed to have been entered at approximately 1:00 am on July 10, 2020.
