Breach of Peace
On January 28th, 2024, at 11:12 am Police were called to a business in the 3500 block of Victoria Avenue for a female causing a disturbance. An intoxicated 22-year-old female was arrested. She tried spitting in the face of police and urinated in the back of a police car. She will be released in the morning.
On January 28th, 2024, at 3:33 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a a business in the 800 block of Middelton Avenue. Police arrested a 20-year-old male and a 24-year-old female. They will be released in the morning.
On January 29th, 2024, at 03:08 am Police were called to business in the 700 block of 10th street for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. A 42-year-old male was arrested and will be released in the morning.
Assault
On January 28th, 2024, at 11:38 am Police were called to residence in the 800 block of 5th street for a disturbance. A 23-year-old female was arrested for assaulting her common law partner. She will appear in court on April 8th, 2024.
Arrest warrant
On January 28th, 2024, at 3:17 pm Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of 15th street for an unwanted person trying to gain entry. A 21-year-old female located on the scene had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with her probation. She was arrested and released for court on March 28th, 2024.
On January 28th, 2024, at 9:39 pm Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 800 block of 7th street. A 38-year-old female was found to have two outstanding warrants for firearm and drug related charges. She was arrested and held for court on January 29th, 2024.
Breach of Court Order
On January 29th, 2024, at 00:55 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of 7th street. A 30-year-old male occupant of the vehicle was found to be on an order not to communicate with another occupant in the vehicle. He was arrested and released for court on April 8th, 2024.
On January 29th, 2024, at 01:57 am Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 700 block of 6th street. A male was found to be breaching his court order by attending to the address. A 28-year-old male was arrested and held for court on January 29th, 2024.
