Intoxicated Person:

On January 27, 2024, at 7:47pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue.  Police located an intoxicated 22 year old female who was sleeping in the lobby of an apartment building in the area.  The female was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.  The female was lodged at the Police Station and later released once sober.

On January 27, 2024, at 8:15pm, police were dispatched to attend the 700 block of 18th Street regarding female wandering into traffic.  Police located and arrested an intoxicated 20 year old female in the area.  The female was lodged at the Police Station and later released once sober.

On January 27, 2024, at 10:46pm, Police attended a business in the 1000 block of Middleton Avenue regarding a sleeping female.  Police located an intoxicated 25 year old female who was arrested under the Intoxicated Persons Detention Act.  The female was lodged at the Police Station where she was later released once sober.

On January 28, 2024, at 3:33am, police were requested to attend a hotel in the 1100 block of 18th Street regarding a male who was sleeping in the lobby.  Police located and arrested an intoxicated 30 year old male.  The male was lodged at the Police Station and later released once sober.

Breach of Peace:

On January 27, 2024, at 8:22pm, police were called to a residence in the 300 block of 4th Street as a male was causing a disturbance and trying to start fights within the residence.   Police located and arrested a 43 year old male who was the problem.  The male was under the influence of alcohol and subsequently lodged at the Police Station where he was later released once sober.

On January 28, 2024, at 12:29am, police were called to a residence in the 900 block of Dennis Street regarding a disturbance. Police attended and arrested a 32 year old female who was the problem.  The intoxicated female was lodged at the Police Station and later released once sober.

On January 28, 2024, at 4:16am, police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of 4th Street regarding an intoxicated male causing problems.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Police Station and later released once sober.

Arrest Warrant:

On January 27, 2024, at 9:06pm, police encountered a 33 year old female outside a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue.  The female appeared to be high on drugs and was found to have a warrant for her arrest.  The female was arrested on the strength of the warrant and taken into custody.  The female was lodged at the Police Station where she later appeared before a Justice regarding the matter.

On January 28, 2024, at 4:17am, police were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of Dennis Street regarding a male causing problems.  Police located a 27 year old male who was the issue.  Police learned that the male had a warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody.  The arrested male was removed from the residence and released with a future court date.

Fail to Comply with Court Order / Drive while Prohibited:

On January 28, 2024, at 12:05am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Park Avenue.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be a prohibited driver and was also breaching his court ordered curfew condition.  Police arrested and lodged the 43 year old male at the Police Station where he later appeared before a Justice regarding the matters.

Assault / Breach of Court Orders:

On January 28, 2024, at 2:42am, police were dispatched to an assault that was occurring outside a business in the 900 block of Rosser Avenue.  Police located a male and female in the area.  The female disclosed being assaulted by the male.  The male was subsequently arrested.  The 25 year old arrested male was found to be bound by 2 court orders that included conditions not to be in contact with the female and a condition not to leave the Province of Quebec.  The male was arrested and lodged at the Police Station where he later appeared before a Justice regarding the matters.
