Arrest Warrant

On January 25th, 2024, at 09:32 a.m. Police conducted a traffic stop in 1000 block of Victoria Avenue. An occupant of the vehicle was found to have an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. A 61-year-old male was arrested and held for court on January 26th, 2024.

 

Breach of Court Orders

On January 25th, 2024, at 11:59 a.m. Police were notified of a male breaching his release order by having contact with a female at a residence in the 1200 block of 10th street. A 37-year-old male was arrested and held for court on January 26th, 2024.

 

On January 25th, 2024, at 1:19 p.m. Police were notified of a female breaching her conditional sentence order by not abiding by a 24-hour curfew. A 38-year-old female was arrested and held for court on January 26th,2024.

 

Theft Under $5000

On January 25th, 2024, at 3:35 p.m. Police conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 600 block of Kirkcaldy Drive as they observed the passenger and knew he was wanted for theft. On January 24th ,2024 a business in the 900 block of 18th street north reported a male had stolen $116 worth of food and clothing. The 21-year-old male was arrested and released for court on March 21st, 2024.

 

On January 25th, 2024, at 8:24 p.m. Police received a call from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue reporting two individuals had left the business without paying for approximately $200 worth of grocery items.  A 29-year-old male was located at the scene. He was also found to be breaching his undertaking by attending to the business. He was arrested and held for court on January 26th, 2024. A 28-year-old female, who had been with the male was arrested and released for court on April 4th, 2024

 

On January 25th, 2024, at 00:30 a.m. Police were called to a residence in the 1110 block of 2nd street north. The homeowner had hosted a party and two individuals he knew left and stole $280 cash and his earbuds. A 22-year-old female and a 20-year-old female were located in the area with the stolen items. Both were arrested and released for court on March 25th, 2024.

 

Domestic Assault

On January 26th at 02:45 a.m. police were called to a disturbance at a  residence in the 100 block of 6th street. A 35-year-old female reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend. A 36-year-old male was located in the area and arrested for Domestic Assault. He will be released in the morning to appear in court on April 8th, 2024.

 

Cause a Disturbance

On January 25th, 2024, at 0310 a.m. Police were called to a business in the 1100 block of 18th street for a highly intoxicated female causing a disturbance. A 19-year-old female was arrested and will be released in the morning.
