Arrest Warrants

 

On February 4th, 2024, at 06:48 a.m. Police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 800 block of Princess Avenue. A 46-year-old male was arrested as it was learned he had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his probation. He was released for court on March 4th, 2024.

 

On February 4th, 2024, Police attended to Brandon Correctional Center to arrest an individual who had an outstanding warrant for breach of probation. A 36-year-old male was arrested and will appear in court on February 5th, 2024.

 

On February 4th, 2024, Police attended to Brandon Correctional Center to arrest an individual who had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with a release order. A 29-year-old male was arrested and will appear in court on February 5th, 2024.

 

Domestic Assault

On February 4th, 2024, at 10:08 a.m. police were called to a disturbance at a residence on Durum Drive. A 30-year-old female and a 29-year-old male were arrested for assaulting each other. The pair will appear in court on February 20th, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On February 4th, 2024, at 12:24 pm police were called to the 1700 block of Louise Avenue for an intoxicated male that was causing a disturbance by yelling at cars and accosting pedestrians. A 33-year-old male was arrested and will be released in the morning.

 

On February 4th, 2024, at 5:13 pm Police were called to the 700 block of Princess Avenue for an intoxicated female causing a disturbance. An 18-year-old female was arrested and will be released in the morning.

 

Break and Enters

On February 4th , 2024 a resident in the 600 block of Franklin Street advised his residence had been entered overnight. Suspect(s) stole several electronic items. This incident is still under investigation.

 

On February 4th ,2024  a resident in the 1500 block of McGregor Avenue reported someone had entered her residence overnight. She reported the suspects (s) stole a couple of electronic items. This is still under investigation.

Break and Enter with Intent

On February 4th , 2024 at 11:06 pm police received a call from a resident in the 200 block of Princess Avenue reporting that someone was trying to break into their home. Police arrested a 34-year-old male who had forced his way into the residence. He was intoxicated and was held for court on February 5th, 2024.

 

Intoxicated Person

On February 5th , 2024 at 0404 am police received a call to assist a taxicab driver on Knowlton drive as a passenger was refusing to exit the vehicle. A 21-year-old male was arrested and found to be grossly intoxicated. He will be released in the morning.
