Cause a disturbance.
On February 1st, 2024, at 11:06 am a business in the 500 block of 8th street called police to report an intoxicated male causing a disturbance outside the business. Police attended and arrested a 32-year-old male. He will be released in the morning.
Breach of Release Order
On February 1st, 2024, at 0900 am Police were called to a residence on Queens crescent for a disturbance. A 29-year-old male was arrested as he was in violation of his court order by having contact with a 25-year-old female at the residence.
Assault
On February 1st, 2024, a 25-year-old male was arrested for assault. On November 16th, 2023, a 60-year-old male reported having been assaulted by the accused outside a residence in the 1200 block of 10th street. The accused was finally located on this date and will appear in court on March 28th ,2024.
Arrest Warrant
On February 1st, 2024, at 8:40 pm police attended to a residence in the 100 block of 2nd street. A 19-year-old female was arrested as there was an outstanding warrant for breaching her probation. She will be held for court on February 2nd, 2024.
