Assaults

On February 15th at 07:25 am Police were called to a disturbance at a residence on Franklin Avenue. A 39-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his 44-year-old girlfriend. He will appear in court on April 25th, 2024.

 

On February 15th at 3:53 pm Police were called to the Brandon Hospital as a male had assaulted a security guard with his cane. A 27-year-old male was arrested and will appear in court on April 25th, 2024.

 

On February 15th at 3:19 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 400 block of 12th street. A 60-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his 49-year-old ex-girlfriend. He will appear in court on April 8th, 2024.

 

Breach of Court Order

On February 15th at 11:38 am Police received a call from a 42-year-old male reporting a female for numerous phone calls. A 21-year-old female was arrested as she was on an order not to contact the complainant. She will appear in court on April 25th, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant

On February 15th at 2:05 pm Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 800 block of Lorne Avenue. A 45-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to attend court. He was held for court on February 16th, 2024.

 

Theft Under $5000

On February 15th at 11:35 pm Police received a call from a business in the 800 block of First street reporting a male had entered the business and stole $80 worth of merchandise and fled. A 29-year-old male was arrested and will appear in court on April 25th, 2024.

 

Intoxicated Person

On February 16th at 03:18 am Police received a call from a business in the 700 block of Princess Avenue reporting a highly intoxicated male passed out. A 25-year-old male was arrested and will be released in the morning.
