Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On October 30, 2023, at approximately 9:15 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Princess Avenue after the passenger attempted to hide himself with a jacket. Further investigation revealed the 37-year-old male was bound by a 24-hour curfew. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on a charge of Fail to comply with a Release Order. 

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

On October 30, 2023, at approximately 11:30 pm, police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1800 block of Middleton Avenue. The 30-year-old male suspect was found to be in possession of keys belonging to a vehicle parked in the area which had been reported stolen out of Winnipeg. He was arrested and lodged a Brandon Police Service to appear in court today on a charge of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

Arrest Warrant

On October 30, 2023, police located and arrested a 44-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Use Forged Document.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.

On October 30, 2023, police located and arrested a 35-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Disobey a Court Order. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court this morning.

On October 30, 2023, police located and arrested a 33-year-old male pedestrian who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
