Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On October 29, 2023, at approximately 12:00 pm, police responded to a report of two individuals at a business in the 3100 block of Victoria Ave, who were to abide by conditions not to communicate with one another.  Police located and arrested the 23-year-old female and the 28-year-old male.  They were later released to appear in court on December 21, 2023, and January 5, 2024, respectively on charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

Theft Under $5000

On October 27, 2023, police received a report of the theft of a cell phone from an individual while they were at a business in the 800 block of Louise Ave.  Security footage assisted in identifying the 38-year-old female suspect.  She was located and arrested on October 29, 2023.  She was later released to appear in court on October 28, 2023, on a charge of Theft Under $5000.

Arrest Warrant

On October 30, 2023, shortly before 2:00 am, police located and arrested a 50-year-old male pedestrian who was wanted on outstanding charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.  He was later released to appear in court on December 5, 2023.
