ARREST WARRANT

On July 29, 2023 a 30 year old Brandon man was observed walking along the 100 blk of 10^th Street. The man was known to police and known to have an arrest warrant. The man was arrested on the strength of that warrant for Theft Under $ 5000.00 and Fail to Attend Court. The man was held at BPS overnight and will be held in Remand.

BREACH OF PEACE

On July 29, 2023 a 27 year old Brandon man was arrested for causing a disturbance  at a residence in the 800 blk of 16^th Street. The man was lodged at BPS and was released in the next morning.

THEFT UNDER $ 5000

On July 29, 2023 a 37 year old Brandon man was arrested after he stole a package from the front deck of a residence in the 500 blk of 16^th Street. The man was located a short distance away and was found still in possession of the stolen package. The man was arrested without incident and charged with Theft Under $ 5000.00. The man was subsequently released on an Appearance Notice.

ARREST WARRANT

On July 29, 2023 a 31 year old man from Landmark Manitoba was arrested on the strength of a warrant for FTA Court and Assault with a Weapon. The man was held for Court.
