For the past 24 hours:
Break and Enter
Police received a report of a break and enter to a garage in the 1200 block of 8th St. The incident occurred sometime overnight and after the suspects forced entry into the garage they proceeded to steal 3 bicycles. If anyone has information relating to this incident please contact Police.
Assault
At 1:38 pm, Police were called to the 3100 block of Victoria for a domestic disturbance. Police arrived and both the 28 year old male and 23 year old female alleged being assault by the other person. Both parties were charged with assault and were released for court at a later date.
Sexual Assault, Incest
As a result of an investigation from October 26th a 33 year old male was arrested for sexual assault and incest as a female reported being sexually assaulted by this male. The subject was arrested and released for court at a later date.
Sex Offender Registry Warrant
At 9:24 pm, Police attended to a residence in the 1000 block of 9th St and 33 year old male was present who was arrested on his warrant for not complying with the Sex Offender Registry Act warrant. He was held in custody for court in the morning.
