Break and Enter to Residential Garage

On November 28, shortly after 6:00 am, police responded to a report of an alarm sounding from a residence in the 400 block of 14th street.  Investigation revealed that a suspect had forced their way into a residential garage and stolen a bicycle.  Police searched the area and were able to recover the bicycle which was discarded a short distance away.  The suspect fled and was not located.

Theft Under $5000

On November 27, 2023, at approximately 3:00 pm, police responded to a report of the theft of merchandise from a business in the 1400 block of 18th street N.  Security footage assisted police in identifying the 25-year-old suspect who was located later in the day and arrested.  He was also wanted on outstanding charges od Carry concealed Weapon and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

 

Arrest Warrants

On November 27, 2023, police located and arrested a 35-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court X2.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

On November 27, 2023, at approximately 4:00 pm at a business in the 000 block of 10th street, police located and arrested a 23-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court.  She was later released to appear in court on December 21, 2023.

On November 28, 2023, at approximately 1:00 am, police responded to a report of a male carrying a golf club outside a business in the 200 block of 18th street N.  Employees asked him to leave, but he was not cooperative.  Police located and arrested the 24-year-old male who was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Drive Disqualified.  He was later released to appear in court on December 4, 2023.
