Prohibited Driving

On July 26, 2022, at approximately 3:30 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of 1st street N.  The 38-year-old male driver was found to be prohibited and was arrested as a result.  He was later released and will appear in court on September 22, 2022 on a charge of Operation of a Conveyance while Prohibited.

 

IPDA

On July 27, 2022, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the area of the 900 block of 18th street N at approximately noon.  The 46-year-old male was in no condition to care for himself and had nowhere to stay.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On July 28, 2022 shortly before 2:00 am, police responded to a report of a male who was passed out near a residential property in the 1700 block of Braecrest dr.  The 23-year-old male was in no condition to care for himself, and had nowhere to go.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On July 28, 2022 at approximately 5:00 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female refusing to leave a residence.  The 19-year-old female was in no condition to care for herself, and she had nowhere to go.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrant

On July 27, 2022, police located and arrested a 31-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order X3 and Sexual Assault.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.

On July 27, 2022, shortly after 8:00 pm, police located and arrested a 39-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges after she drew attention to herself by making obscene gestures towards officers as they drove by.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service due to being intoxicated and she will be released once sober to appear in court in September on charges of Fail to Attend Court.
