Refuse to Provide Sample with Demand

On July 27, 2023, police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of 6th street N shortly after midnight.  The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested, however, he refused to provide samples of his breath.  The 32-year-old male was later released to appear in court on August 3, 2023 on a charge of Refuse to Provide Sample with Demand.

 

Impaired Driving

On July 27, 2023 shortly before 4:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 1st street.  The driver showed signs of impairment by drug and was arrested.  The 33-year-old male provided samples of his blood, which will be examined at a later date.  He was later released and will appear in court on a charge of Driving While Ability Impaired.

 

Break and Enter to Residence

On July 26, 2023, police received a report of a break and enter to a residential garage in the 700 block of 15th street.  The suspect entered the garage overnight through an unlocked door and caused damage within.

Theft Under $5000

On July 26, 2023, police responded to a report of the theft of grocery food items from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave.  The male suspect fled the business but was later located and arrested in the 700 block of Rosser Ave.  Upon his arrest, the 31-year-old male was found to be in possession of stolen identification.  He was released to appear in court on September 28, 2023 on charges of Theft Under $5000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

 

Arrest Warrants

On July 27, 2023 shortly before 2:00 am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of College Ave.  The28-year-old male driver was found to be the subject of outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Release Order.  He was arrested and later released to appear in court on August 31, 2023.

On July 26, 2023, police located and arrested a 22-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation.  She was later released to appear in court on September 11, 2023.

On July 26, 2023 shortly before 5:00 pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Princess Ave.  A 28-year-old male was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to comply with Probation.  He was later released to appear in court in September.
