Impaired Driver

On March 25, 2022, shortly after 4:00 am, police conducted a vehicle stop in the 2100 block of Rosser Ave.  The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested.  The 34-year-old female provided samples of her breath that were more than twice the legal limit.  She was later released to sober adults and will appear in court on April 4, 2022 on charges of Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More Than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood.

 

Break and Enter – Suspect Arrested

On March 22, 2022, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a business in the 500 block of 18th street.  Suspects forced their way through a locked door overnight.  Once inside they consumed some alcohol and wrote on a table. 

Security footage from the business assisted police in identifying the suspect.  The 28-year-old male was located and arrested on March 24, 2022.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Break and Enter and commit Mischief.  A second suspect has yet to be located.

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On March 25, 2022, police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 6 street and Rosser Ave shortly before 3:00 am.  The driver, a 23-year-old male was to abide by a curfew.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to comply with Release Order.

 

Arrest Warrant

On March 24, 2022, police located and arrested a 22-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault.  He was later released and will appear in court on June 2, 2022.
