Arrested on Warrants 

On 2022-04-22 at 517pm police attended a residence in the 100 blk of 12th Street looking for an individual who was wanted by for an outstanding warrant. Police located at 27 year old Brandon man at that that location who was subsequently arrested on the strength of that Endorsed Warrant for several Probation breaches. He was subsequently released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Brandon Court on June 22nd, 2022.

While at that same residence police located a second man from Brandon who also had a Warrant for Robbery and Assault with a Weapon. This individual was remanded into custody and will appear in Court on April 23rd, 2022.

 

IPDA

On April 22nd, 2022 at 1841pm police attended to a complaint in the Cater Drive area of

an intoxicated male who was standing in the middle of the road. The man was located in that area by police and once cleared through BRHC was lodged at BPS until he was sober.

 

Fail to Attend Court 

On April 22nd, 2022 at 1053 pm police received and attended to a complaint from a residence in the 1500 blk of Lorne Avenue of a man who was breaching his court order. Police located the 17 year old youth later on an unrelated call for service where the male was arrested and lodged at BPS for Remand in the am.

 

Impaired Driving / Drive Over

On April 23rd, 2022 at 237 am police stopped a 27 year old Brandon man in the 1600 blk of 16th Street. The male show signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested. As a result of the two subsequent breath tests, the male was charged accordingly and then released on an Appearance Notice.
