Break and Enter

 

A break and enter was reported to have occurred in the 600 block of 11th St sometime overnight. Four bikes were stolen out of a shed in the yard.

 

Impaired Driving

 

At 1:43 pm, Police received information that a possible impaired driver was driving towards Brandon. Police located the vehicle coming into Brandon on 1st St. The 29 year old male driver was showing signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving. He was also charged for breaching his release order as he was on a 24 hour curfew. He was also charged with Public Mischief for providing false information. The accused will be appearing in court in the morning.

 

A 22 year old male was also arrested as a passenger in this vehicle as he had a Warrant for Arrest for uttering threats. He was released for a later court date.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

 

At 8:20 pm, a call was received reporting a female in the area of 18th St and Kirkaldy Dr who was going from car to car asking people for money and would then spit at vehicles that refused to give her money. When members attended they located the 22 year old female and she was found to be on conditions to abstain from alcohol and drugs. The accused was lodged for court in the morning.

 

Assault Police Officer

 

At 9:56 pm, Police received a report of female causing a disturbance at a business in the 1000 block of 18th St. The female was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. The 22 year old female assaulted the officer twice and was charged with Assaulting a Police Officer and lodged at BPS to be released for a later court date.
