Mischief Under

On September 19, 2023, police responded to a report of a 12-year-old male who, after having a disagreement with employees at a school in the 700 block of 12th street proceeded to intentionally break a window.  He was arrested and released to a parent to appear in court on December 19, 2023, on a charge of Mischief to Property Under $5000.

 

Theft Under $5000

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 1:00 pm, police responded to a report of the theft of a purse from a business in the 1600 block of park Ave.  The female suspect then used a credit card from the purse to pay for a cab ride.  The 32-year-old female was later located and arrested.  She was still in possession of some of the stolen property, and she was also in possession of a knife.  She was later released to appear in court on November 30, 2023, on charges of Theft Under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Fraud X2, and Possession of a Weapon.

 

Breach of the Peace

On September 20, 2023, at approximately 1:00 am, police responded to a request for assistance from an intoxicated female.  The female was alone, and her behavior escalated while with police, as she became more erratic.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a residence who was behaving in a threatening manner towards others in the home.  They were unable to prevent his behavior from continuing.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Arrest Warrant

On September 19, 2023, a 32-year-old male attended Brandon Police Service as he was aware he was wanted on outstanding charges of Sexual Assault.  He was lodged to appear in court later in the day.
