Break and Enter to Business

On September 18, 2023, police responded to a report of a Break and Enter to a business in the 800 block of Rosser Ave.  The suspect appeared to have entered the business overnight, through the roof.  Stolen was an iPhone and money.

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On September 18, 2023, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male who was refusing to leave a business in the 4100 block of Grand Valley Rd.  Police located the 43-year-old male at a campsite within the business.  He became aggressive with police and was arrested.  Upon his arrest, he was found to be in possession of weapons, contrary to a court order.  He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released once sober to appear in court on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.

 

IPDA

On September 18, 2023, shortly before midnight, police responded to a report of a partially naked individual near the 600 block of Richmond Ave.  Police located the 21-year-old female who was intoxicated at the time.  They were unable to locate anyone to care for the female, and she was in no condition to look after herself.  She was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Breach of the Peace

On September 19, 2023, shortly after 1:00 am, police responded to a report of an individual who was observed on security footage checking doors at businesses in the 1600 block of 18th street N.  Police located the suspect, a 36-year-old male in the area.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to prevent his actions from continuing.

 

Arrest Warrant

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 3:30 am, police came across a 30-year-old female pedestrian in the 200 block of Victoria Ave E.  The female was wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000, and she was to abide by a curfew.  She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service.  She will appear in court today with an additional charge of Fail to Comply with Release Order.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On September 19, 2023, at approximately 3:30 am, police located a 36-year-old male who was to abide by a daily curfew, at a business in the 700 block of 10th street.  He was arrested and later released to appear in court on November 27, 2023, on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
