Break & Enter (Shed)

At 7:11am, police were called to the 2300’ block of Lorne Ave as two suspects had been seen entering a shed.  A 47 year old female and a 67 year old male were located inside the shed.  Both were arrested without incident and held for court.  The male was also found to have a warrant for assault with a weapon, operation of motor vehicle while prohibited, and failing to attend court.

 

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

At 4:03pm, police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 200’ block of Middleton Ave.  A 46 year old man was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine and acting erratically.  He was arrested and lodged at BPS to be released once sober.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 5:10pm, an off duty BPS officer observed a male in the 1100 block of 18th Street who he knew had outstanding warrants.  This information was relayed to on duty officers who arrested the 34 year old man on a warrant for impaired operation of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, and theft under $5000.  He was lodged at BPS for court in the morning.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 6:00pm, police observed a 27 year old man in the 800’ block of Victoria Ave who had outstanding warrants for failing to attend court and failing to comply with probation.  He was arrested and lodged at BPS for court in the morning.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 10:07pm, police conducted a traffic stop in the 100’ block of Percy Street.  The 23 year old male occupant was found to have a warrant for assault causing bodily harm and failing to attend court.  He was arrested and lodged at BPS for court in the morning.

 

Breach of the Peace

At 10:52pm, police responded to a disturbance in the 1100’ block of 18th Street.  A 32 year old man was found to be intoxicated and causing problems.  He was lodged to be released once sober.
