MISCHIEF UNDER $ 5000.00
On November 18th, 2023, at approximately 9:30 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 100 blk of 13th Street. Police discovered that the front door of the residence had been smashed out and the individual responsible had fled the area. Police later located the individual responsible and as a result a 24 year old Brandon man was arrested and charged with Mischief Under $ 5000.00.
BREAK AND ENTER, POSSESS PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME
On November 18th, 2023, at approximately 1:30 am, police received a call from a business in the 1500 blk of Richmond Avenue East indicating that a red 4 door vehicle was observed driving around a compound at that location. The vehicle was stopped by police nearby and the female passenger in the vehicle had ID owned by another person. The male driver indicated to police that they had been stealing diesel from the compound. The 40 year old female was also found in possession of Meth and was charged accordingly. This woman was also charged with Break and Enter and Possess Property Obtained by Crime. The 41 year male was also charged with Break and Enter, Possess Property Obtained by Crime, and Mischief Under $ 5000.00.

On November 19th, 2023, at approximately 2:05 am, police received a complaint that a taxi driver was having trouble with an intoxicated fare who wouldn’t get out of his taxi. The highly intoxicated 28 year old Brandon man was arrested and lodged at BPS until sober.
BREACH OF RELEASE ORDER
On November 19th , 2023, at approximately 2:39 am, Winnipeg Police advised BPS that they had arrested a 40 year old man on the strength of a BPS warrant for Breach of Release Order. The man was held in custody overnight and will appear in Court in the morning.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
On November 19th, 2023, at approximately 4:43 am, police attended to a Domestic related complain at a residence in the South end of Brandon. As a result of the of the complaint, a 25 year old Brandon man was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault.
