Break and Enter to Residential Garage

On November 17, 2021, police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residential garage in the 1600 block of 22nd street.  Suspects entered through an unlocked door and left behind a wallet and knife sheath that were stolen from a nearby neighbouring vehicle, which had also been entered.  The items were returned to the owner.  It is not believed that anything was stolen from the garage.

Fail to Comply with Court Order

On November 17, 2021, shortly before 10:00 am, police responded to a male sleeping in the common area of an apartment building in the 1500 block of 26th street.  Police learned that the male was to abide by a court order not to attend that location.  The 35-year-old male was arrested and later released to appear in court on January 17, 2021 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Court Order.

 

Breach of Peace

On November 17, 2021, shortly before 5:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female at a residential complex in the 000 block of 9th street.  The female was injecting drugs, and would not leave the premises when asked by residents.  The 35-year-old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On November 17, 2021, shortly after 20:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance in a residence.  The residents could not prevent his behavior from escalating and requested police assistance in removing him.  The 33-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
