Arrest Warrants
On December 16, 2021, police arrested a 32-year-old male who was wanted on numerous outstanding charges of Assault and Uttering Threats. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
On December 16, 2021, police arrested a 39-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation Order. She was released with Appearance Notice
On December 16, 2021, police located and arrested a 27-year-old female who was wanted on numerous outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking, Fail to Comply with Probation Order etc. She was released with Appearance Notice
Breach of Probation Order, Breach of Undertaking
On December 16, 2021, police arrested 31-year-old male at the residence building on 400 Block 2nd Street. The accused was observed to be under an influence of drugs. He was arrested for Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Undertaking conditions “not to possess or consume drugs”. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
Breach of Probation, Mischief to Property
On December 16, 2021, police located 35-year-old female near the residence on 500 Block 13th street. The accused broke a window at the residence and was on Probation Order with condition not to communicate with the complainant. She was arrested and due to her highly intoxicated state, was lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released with Undertaking when sober.
IPDA
On December 16, 2021, police located a highly intoxicated male at Superstore. The 38-year-old was found to be under influence of drugs/alcohol and in no condition to care for himself. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
