Arrest Warrants
On December 15, 2021, police located and arrested a 36-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation order. He was arrested and released on scene with Appearance Notice.
On December 15, 2021, police located and arrested a 27-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was also found in possession of an imitation firearm and alcohol contrary to his release conditions. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
On December 15, 2021, police located and arrested a 28-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was also found in possession of ammunition and small amount of controlled substance. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
Breach of Undertaking
On December 15, 2021, police located and arrested a 21-year-old female, who was found breaching her Undertaking condition. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
Breach of Release Order
On December 15, 2021, during traffic stop, police located and arrested a 24-year-old male, who was found breaching his Curfew and Not to Possess/Consume Alcohol conditions. He was released with Appearance Notice.
Possession of Controlled Substance, Breach of Prohibition Order
On December 15, 2021, police located and arrested a 34-year-old male, who was found in possession of a Controlled Substance and ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
Assault, Mischief to Property
On December 15, 2021, police arrested 33-year-old male at the residence on 200 Block 8th street. The accused entered a common area of the building and assaulted one of the occupants. He also broke the victim’s phone. He was arrested and due to his highly intoxicated state, was lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released with Undertaking when sober.
Breach of Peace
On December 15, 2021, at approximately 1:44 pm, police responded to a report of a highly intoxicated female causing a disturbance in the area of a downtown Elementary School. The 35-year-old was found to be under influence of drugs and in no condition to care for herself. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released when sober.
