Disorderly Conduct

At 1:45pm, police were called to a disturbance in the area of 34^th Street and Victoria Ave.  A 29 year old man was arrested and lodged at BPS to later be released with a bylaw ticket for disorderly conduct.

Breach of Peace

At 7:31pm, police were called to a disturbance at a residence on Linden Blvd.  A 32 year old man was arrested and lodged at BPS to be released once sober.

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 10:28pm, police conducted a traffic stop on a taxi in the 100’ block of 6^th Street.  The 40 year old female passenger was found to have an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court, contempt of court, and breach of probation.  She was held in custody for court in the morning.

Assault PO, Fail to Comply with Release Order

At 11:32pm, police were called to a business in the 700’ block of 10^th Street as a male was screaming and acting erratically inside the store.  The 29 year old man was not compliant with police and resisted efforts to take him into custody.  He was arrested for two counts of failing to comply with a release order and held in custody for court in the morning.
