Arrest Warrant

On July 12, 2023, police located and arrested a 58-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault, Mischief Under $5000, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Fail to Stop a Scene of Accident. He was later released to appear in court on August 14, 2023.

On July 12, 2023, police located and arrested a 33-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation.  He was later released to appear in court on August 21, 2023.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On July 13, 2023, shortly after 1:00 am, police responded to a report of suspects going through yards in the 200 block of 26th street.  A 35-year-old male was located in the area.  He was to abide by a daily curfew.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On July 13, 2023 shortly after 2:00 am, police responded to a report of a damaged window in the area of the 300 block of College Ave.  While checking the area, a 33-year-old male was found in the neighbourhood.  He was to abide by a daily curfew.  He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on a charge of Fail to Comply with Release order.

 

Breach of the Peace

On July 12, 2023 shortly after 3:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female at a residence.  She was no longer welcome, but continued to try to gain access to the home.  The 22-year-old female was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

 

Possession of Property

On July 10, 2023, police received a report that an individual had their wallet stolen from their vehicle.  The suspects then made purchases with the debit cards from the wallet at several businesses in Brandon.  Security footage from the businesses assisted police in identifying the 25-year-old suspect. 

On July 12, 2023, he was located and arrested.  He was later released to appear in court on September 25, 2023 on charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Fraud Use of of Credit Card X7 and Attempt Fraud Use of Credit Card.
