Fail to Comply with Release Order
On March 10, 2022, police responded to several reports of an intoxicated male who had been causing problems throughout the downtown area. Police located and arrested the male shortly before 8:00 pm at a business in the 800 block of Rosser. The 31-year-old male was to abide by conditions not to attend the business. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charged of Fail to Comply with Release Order and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.
Breach of Peace
On March 10, 2022 shortly before midnight, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female who was causing problems at a business in the 800 block of Pacific Ave. The 27-year-old was located, locked inside a washroom where she was using illicit drugs. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
